Tue, February 8, 2005 - 5:57 AMProbably quite a few, but keep in mind that the Phoenicians mined tin in england and the amber trade was always quite brisk - the etruscans were positioned to be natural middle men in that trade via the overland route...there is a fun article on alphabets here:
